- You should not start the work until the property is fully dry, and the external door is fitted with a working lock

- The garage door may or may not be included in the cost of the property. If it is possible to fit a garage door, then you may want to select a better one (for example automatic rather than manual), or purchase a garage door yourselves if one is not included in the cost of the property
- Meze door. This is exactly the same case as the garage door
Electrical Light and Switch Installation
Do not forget to leave room in your budget for electrical lights or switches. Also, you may want the builder or your finishing contractor to add more lights and sockets if you do not think that there are enough in the original design, or you do not like where they are located.
